Without any reservation, I consider Cynthia Lai is the most qualified person to be your next City Councillor for Ward 23. As an advocate, entrepreneur and a community leader, Cynthia has done it all. In all she does, Cynthia exemplifies honesty, fairness, and integrity. Cynthia will use those qualities to serve the people of Ward 23. We need Cynthia. Cynthia needs you.
